Pet Policy
PETS WILL NOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE MOTEL ROOM
When the pet is outdoors, it must be on a leash and attended at all times.
The pet will be "curbed" only in the open area behind units 1-10 accessible by
the bridge between units 5 & 6. A pooper scooper will be used to clean up the area
when you are curbing your animal and is available 24 hours a day.
Assume liability for any damages to, or additional cleaning of, the Foot of the Mountain
Motel, caused directly by my pet, which is chargeable at the discretion of the
owner upon checkout.
A $50 deposit is required at check-in (in addition to the $5 (+tax) per night per pet charge),
and is refundable at checkout only after management has checked the room for damages and/or cleanliness.
The Foot of the Mountain Motel will not be responsible for accidents or injury to or caused by
the pet or loss of pet.
